Skillfully programmed 60-minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training similar to CrossFit, focusing on bodyweight movements and strength training through the use of dumbbells, but without complex barbell movements and advanced gymnastics.
We offer morning classes on
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15am, and Saturdays at 8:00am.
Evening classes are held on
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm.
Summer classes are held at Lippitt Park in Providence, RI.
